Payment Terms and Conditions for Sale of Goods

  1. Payment method: The payment for the goods purchased shall be made via cheque, credit/debit card, bank transfer, Jazz Cash, EasyPaisa with proof of evidence of transfer of payment in the Company’s provided Financial institution information.
  1. Payment due date: Payment for the goods shall be due 30 days from the date of invoice.
  1. Late payment fee: In the event that payment is not received within 7 days from the due date, a late payment fee of 1% will be applied to the outstanding balance.
  1. Credit limit: The buyer shall not exceed their approved credit limit. If the buyer exceeds their credit limit, the seller reserves the right to require payment in advance or to revoke credit privileges.
  1. Order cancellation: If the buyer cancels the advance payment order, the release of payment is within 3 working days. If the order cancels when goods are in transit then the payment will be deducted according to the transport expense incurred.
  1. Return policy: All returns must be made within a specified time frame e 3 working days and the goods must be in their original condition and packaging. Custom-made or personalized items are generally not eligible for return.
    Customers must notify the Company of their intent to return the goods with acceptable reasons within the specified time frame by contacting customer service via phone or email.
    In the event of defective goods, the buyer shall notify the seller within 2 working days from the date of delivery. The seller shall replace the defective goods.
  2. Price Variation: The seller reserves the right to change the price of the goods without prior notice in the event of any increase in the cost of raw materials, labor or any other cost incurred in the production of the goods.
  3. Dispute resolution: Any dispute arising from the sale of goods shall be resolved through mutual understanding.
  4. Governing law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Sales of Goods Act, 1930 and other laws and regulations applicable in Pakistan.
  5. Entire agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, and agreements between the parties, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this agreement.
  6. Changes to terms and conditions: The terms and conditions of this agreement may only be amended in writing signed by both parties.
  7. These payment terms and conditions are binding on the buyer and the seller and shall apply to all future transactions between the parties.
  8. Severability: If any provision of this agreement is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
